In order for us to process the letter of invitation for your application for a visa we will need the information listed below:

1.    Your full name (as in the passport) and nationality
2.    Your birth date
3.    Passport number, date of issue, and date of expiry
4.   Title of your presentation at the congress and the full name of all the co-authors
5.    Your mailing address
6.    Your affiliation institution/organization
7.    Dates for your visit
