Oral and Poster Presentation

Oral presentation

As a presenter of an oral contribution, please note the following practical guidelines.

Each conference room will be equipped with a laptop for presentations. You are kindly requested to bring your presentation on a USB stick and upload it onto the room laptop at least during the break immediately preceding your session.

Supported formats are PDF and PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX).

We recommend checking your slides in advance to ensure correct display and smooth transitions.

Poster presentation

As a presenter of a poster, you should take into account the maximum dimensions allowed.

The reccomanded dimensions is A0 format in portrait mode (not landscape), and poster boards are 1250mm height and 1000mm length. Please use these maximum dimensions and orientation in order to fit your poster on the board without occupying the other participant's space.
